
Assist the reader to identify the following:
1. Starters i.e. simple words mainly two and three letter words which are
easy to sound out.
2. Minimal pairs are words which when one letter changes the word also
changes. They are helpful in differentiating words that look very similar.
3. Rhyming grid i.e. words that rhyme to help learners sound out/decode
before they read the story book. These words start with three letter
words and grow into four and five letter words.
